Members of Gracie Barra Ottawa East,

We are writing to remind you about the upcoming class upgrades that we will be implementing and want to emphasize that these upgrades upgrades are absolutely free for all members until June.01, 2023. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to upgrade your training and improve your skills. We believe that these upgrades will benefit all members, regardless of their skill level or experience.
